Dr Kaushal has worked in prestigious organisations. He worked in Tata Steel as a Senior Registrar and headed the Medical Services for North Division of Tata Steel. More than 4000 families directly depended on him for their Health which essentially meant that he was a Family Doctor for more than 20,000 people.
In another enagegement with HCL Healthcare, as a Senior Manager – Medical Services he worked in Medical Excellence Team where around 35 Doctors directly reported him and relied upon him for Best Clinical Practices in their day to day functioning. His engagement also included Training General Physicians engaged in different clinics of HCL Healthcare on different Clinical Topics in order to keep them updated with recent advancement in practice.
Before this he has been enaged with Wockhardt Foundation as a Medical Officer where he would carry out Free OPD Clinics for people dwelling from Lower Socioeconomic Strata of the Society. On a healthy day he would treat around Hundreds of patients.
His other engagements included Lion’s International, J J Hospital – Mumbai, NHAI Head Quarters etc
He also takes up Social Work through NGOs to serve patients dwelling in slums, remote villages and a few countries in Africa.

Doctor is available on Week days from Monday to Saturday from 6pm to 9pm. For Sundays, only such cases with prior appointment can be entertained.
Being a Family Doctor, Dr Kaushal treats ailments prevailing in all the age groups from Children to Teenagers to Adults to Old Age People. From Diabetes to Hypertension to Asthma to Obesity to Infections like Tuberculosis, he treats all the communicable and non communicable diseases widely and generally prevalent in the community. Cases requiring Specialist or Super Specialist Care are liberally referred.
One thing what makes Dr. Kaushal truly ‘Your Family Doctor’ is the amount of empathy he has for his patients. To all the query that asked to him, he replies with utmost patience. He personally interacts all of his patients with all the time in this world for him.

Yes, he also provides Tele-consultation to all such cases who are unable to come to his Clinic.
Due to his busy schedule it is mostly difficult for him to carry out Home Visit. But only in such cases where the patient is too old to come to his clinic, only for such Geriatric Cases he carries out Home Visits.
